Steward of heritage, lineage, and cultural patrimony.
1. Charter & Mandate
The Tribal & Cultural Affairs Council preserves the heritage and lineage of the people served by the Ministry, and conducts relations with allied tribal bodies in honor and good faith.
2. Heritage & Patrimony
The Council maintains the cultural patrimony of the Ministry, including languages, customs, and historical records, entered in the archives of the Office of Records.
3. Intertribal Relations
Correspondence and accords with allied tribal and ecclesiastical bodies are conducted through the Council in concert with the Ambassadorial Affairs Office.
4. Cultural Observances
The Council convenes cultural observances and commemorations as part of the life of the institution.
