Conduct, correspondence, and liaison in honor and good faith.
1. Charter & Mandate
The Ambassadorial Affairs Office conducts correspondence and liaison with bodies external to the Ministry, in honor and good faith, under the authority of the Executive Minister.
2. Ambassadors of the Ministry
Ambassadors are commissioned by the Office to represent the Ministry in dealings with allied ecclesiastical, tribal, and civic bodies.
3. Credentials & Letters
Ambassadorial credentials and letters of introduction are issued through the Records & Credentialing Office under seal of the Executive Minister.
4. Accords & Concords
Formal accords with external bodies are deliberated by the Office and confirmed by the Council of Governance, with the instruments entered in the archives.
