Dominium Aeternum Ministry operates under a private trust heritage seated in the State of Wyoming and administered in honor and equity. This heritage provides the institutional continuity by which the Ministry's councils, offices, records, and credentials persist across generations.
In keeping with the protocols of the institution and the confidentiality owed to a private heritage, the particulars of the trust instruments — settlors, trustees, terms, and internal governance — are not disclosed in public correspondence. They are maintained, in proper order, within the records of the institution and administered only by those seated in the proper offices.
The Ministry's public posture toward this heritage is one of stewardship rather than disclosure. Governing Law of the Ministry
Dominium Aeternum Ministry operates wholly in the private. Its affairs are governed by Universal Law, Natural Law, and the Law of Maxim — the law of the Creator — and not by the statutes, codes, ordinances, or other created law of any corporate body.
- Universal Law governs energy and cause and effect; whatever is put out returns. It is the highest order, to which all other law answers.
- Natural Law stands directly beneath it as the law of nature and of the mothers — the order by which balance is kept and restored.
- Law of Maxim (God's Law) are the rights endowed by the Creator to all beings, which no man or corporation can grant or take away.
The Ministry, its councils, offices, and members stand in the private as sovereign beings under these laws. They are not parties to, and do not contract under, the codes, statutes, or ordinances of any corporate jurisdiction. The Ministry's work is conducted in honor, in peace, and in equity.
