Custodian of doctrine, sacred standards, and ministerial orders.
1. Charter & Mandate
The Office of Ecclesiastical Affairs preserves and proclaims the doctrine and sacred standards of the Ministry, oversees ordinations, and superintends the spiritual life of the institution.
2. Doctrine & Sacred Standards
The Office maintains the canon of doctrine and the standards by which ministers and members are formed and held to account, in honor and equity.
3. Ordinations & Commissions
Candidates for ministry are examined, formed, and commissioned through the Office, under the authority of the Executive Minister and the counsel of the Board of Advisors.
4. Ecclesiastical Discipline
Matters of ministerial conduct are heard with due process before the Ecclesiastical Tribunal, with findings entered in the official minutes.
5. Liturgy & Observance
The Office stewards the calendar of observances, rites of recognition, and ceremonial conduct of the councils.
