Schedule of Fees, Fines & Offerings

Lawful notice of fees and fines assessed under trust law, contract law, and the oaths of office sworn by public servants operating upon our land.

Article I

Governing Authority

This schedule is published under the ministry's ecclesiastical jurisdiction and universal contract law. Public officers, officers of the court, and BAR-licensed attorneys who act outside their delegated authority, violate their oath of office, or proceed under color of law against the ministry, its members, or beneficiaries thereby consent to the fee schedule below by their acts. Tacit acquiescence and continued action after notice constitute acceptance.

Article II

Lawful Authority & Standing

This schedule is issued under the protections and guarantees of the First Amendment to the Constitution for the united States of America — the free exercise of religion, freedom of speech, peaceable assembly, and petition for redress of grievances — the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), including Articles 3, 4, 5, 8, 11, 12, 18, 33, 34, and 40 affirming self-determination, autonomous institutions, spiritual traditions, and the right to maintain and develop our own juridical systems, and the constitutional rights secured to the people and to ecclesiastical bodies. The ministry, its members, and its beneficiaries reserve all rights without prejudice (UCC 1-308) and waive none. Any detainment, arrest, search, seizure, or deprivation of liberty conducted against the ministry, its members, or beneficiaries without a lawful warrant supported by sworn affidavit and probable cause violates the Fourth and Fifth Amendments, UNDRIP Articles 7 and 9 (security of person; right not to be subjected to forced assimilation or destruction of culture), and the common law, and triggers the corresponding fees set forth below.
