Education & Leadership Institute
Formation, instruction, and the cultivation of leaders.
1. Charter & Mandate
The Education & Leadership Institute forms members and officers of the Ministry in the doctrine, the sacred standards, and the duties of leadership.
2. Programs of Instruction
Courses of formation are offered for applicants, members, and candidates for office, with completion entered in the Office of Records.
3. Leadership Development
The Institute identifies, mentors, and seasons leaders for service in the councils, offices, and divisions of the Ministry.
4. Ongoing Counsel
Continuing instruction and counsel are offered to seated officers as a discipline of the institution.
The Leadership Institute
The Leadership Institute is the formation arm within this Office, preparing councilors, ambassadors, ministers, and stewards for seated service. Programs are conducted in cooperation with the Office of Ecclesiastical Affairs and the Tribal & Cultural Affairs Council.
