1. Charter & Mandate
The Records & Credentialing Office is the registrar of the Ministry. It receives petitions, issues credentials under seal, maintains the Credential Registry, and verifies records upon lawful inquiry.
2. Credentials Under Seal
All credentials of the Ministry are issued only by this Office, under seal of the Executive Minister, and entered in the Credential Registry.
3. The Credential Registry
The Registry is the official record of every credential issued, its standing, and its lawful holder. Public verification is offered without disclosure of private particulars.
4. Archives & Proclamations
The Office custodies the minutes of the councils and the Archive of Proclamations of the institution.
5. Public Verification
Any inquirer of good faith may verify a credential through the Verification Portal, which returns a sanitized projection from the Registry.
