Sealed identification cards are issued to enrolled members and officers upon confirmation by the Office. Each card bears the crest, seal, and a verification QR.
Internal travel credentials and stewardship plates are entered jointly with the Office of Transportation & Stewardship, and verified through this Office.
Council minutes, proclamations, sealed instruments, and the Archive of Records of the Ministry, conserved for posterity.
Credentials are renewed on petition of the holder and entered in the Credential Registry. Notices of approaching expiration are sent in advance.
Suspensions, revocations, reinstatements, and other changes of standing are entered under seal, with the date and the act of authority that occasioned them.
The public Charter, resolutions of council, and acts of the Office of the Minister, kept for inspection in keeping with the standards of the institution.

Records Office
Data collected for the Ministry’s Unified Registration System (URS) filing with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The filing classifies the Ministry as a religious nonprofit carrying its own members for non-business purposes.
