Records & Credentialing Office

Registrar of the Ministry — keeper of the seal, the Credential Registry, and the official records of the institution.

Member Registry

The official roll of enrolled members of the Ministry, kept under seal. Each entry records lineage, standing, and the date of enrollment.

ID Issuance

Sealed identification cards are issued to enrolled members and officers upon confirmation by the Office. Each card bears the crest, seal, and a verification QR.

Travel Credentials

Internal travel credentials and stewardship plates are entered jointly with the Office of Transportation & Stewardship, and verified through this Office.

Archives

Council minutes, proclamations, sealed instruments, and the Archive of Records of the Ministry, conserved for posterity.

Renewals

Credentials are renewed on petition of the holder and entered in the Credential Registry. Notices of approaching expiration are sent in advance.

Status Changes

Suspensions, revocations, reinstatements, and other changes of standing are entered under seal, with the date and the act of authority that occasioned them.

Governance Records

The public Charter, resolutions of council, and acts of the Office of the Minister, kept for inspection in keeping with the standards of the institution.

A specimen of the ID card issued by this Office. Each card bears the crest, the ministry seal, a signature line, the verification URL, and a verification QR.

Public Charter

The public Charter of the Ministry sets out the institutional purposes, the offices, and the standing of the Office of the Minister. It is open to inspection by any inquirer of good faith.

The Office maintains four sealed templates, each rendered at its true physical size with crest, seal, micro-text border, QR, and PDF417 where applicable. Each may be previewed, printed, and downloaded as PDF.

Records Office

USDOT / FMCSA Intake

Data collected for the Ministry’s Unified Registration System (URS) filing with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The filing classifies the Ministry as a religious nonprofit carrying its own members for non-business purposes.
